Webex Hub Remote Access is not allowed.

In Webex CH there's an option under support of a device that allows you to remote access the device. This feature has been enabled under device settings in CH, but when using the feature it seems to only work when device is not provisioned. Unable to find any release notes on exact requires and hoping someone can share help tips to make this feature work. Thank you in advance.

As far as I know, with a free webex account, you cannot log in to Control Hub. but can only log in to User Hub.
And in case your CODEC connects to the 16-bit code in User Hub to connect to icloud, you must uncheck the delete user option, then after connecting to icloud, that account can log in to User Hub. In case you forget to uncheck delete user, it will not allow you to log in to User Hub anymore.
Because I do not have a paid webex account, I am not sure if what I said is correct. But now I tried and found out the problem like that.

When I called out "Remote Access" this is a feature in Webex CH that allows you to see and control a Webex endpoint. This feature is fairly new so not a lot of literature supporting that I can locate. There is a huge need for it to support and provision Cisco MTRs. 

The computer you are trying to use to access the device must have direct network access to the device - the traffic between the two isn't proxied through the control hub.   So you'll need to be on the same network that the device is on (either directly, via VPN, or other method of having direct IP access from your computer to the device).
