Webex registration NTP server

I have a customer that is using SynergySky along with Webex registered room devices (RoomKit, Pro, Plus). I am trying to find out what NTP server webex points to to match the SS Server (the SS server keeps throwing off alarms that the times are not in snyc)

Hello Paul! Long time no see!

To your question - I don't know what Webex uses, but I've always used pool.ntp.org when setting up expressway over the years. NTP uses UDP port 123 - make sure that is not blocked if you're trying to use a public server like what I've suggested.
