Webex Room Kit Pro and Cisco P40 or 12X cameras

Dear all,
we are replacing an SX80 codec with the new Room Kit Pro and due to some furniture constraints, we cannot use a P60 Camera as the base is too large. Do you know if we can still use a CTS-P40-K9 or a CTS-PHD-1080P12XS?

Using a P40 the image is available but the codec cannot recognize the camera and control it.

Do you know if there's some way?

Best Regards
Alessandro

Use of those older cameras on the Room Kit Pro is not supported.   The older cameras used a serial cable with VISCA.  The newer codecs and cameras use an ethernet connection for camera control.

Not knowing what your furniture constraints are, you would either need to make adjustments so the Precision 60 camera would fit, or see if the Webex PTZ4K camera would fit as another option that is fully supportable.
