Hi,
Some gathered information on the behavior of 3 of my deployments of CMS:
First one is running behind the Expressways - TURN configured on Expressway and CMS is pointing the Expressways TURN server on the admin page and done through the API with the TURN server type defined as "Expressway"
The second and third are public-facing with one configured with TURN locally and the other without.
All the above scenarios have the same symptoms with the same set of ISP's we have in south Africa. I wont mention them (as yet) but no media can be sent to the client trying to the Callbridge via WebRTC.
CMS states Fatal error: broken pipe and connection to client lost.
If i do a packet capture on the client i see there is a STUN binding request that has no response. attached is the Pcaps.
Not sure if anyone can shed some light on the workings of ISP's and their peer links to other ISP's and the Internet or share some experiences with this? Im due to log a TAC case but i believe it will water down to looking at what ive just mentioned or "check Firewall" which was my first step with all 3 scenarios.
Any feedback would be great !
