Where is the serial number for CMM 2.9 so I can open a case with TAC to fix LDAP issues.
Where is the conversation log between CMM and AD/LDAP

This is a public forum, so not an ideal place to dump unedited log files from your devices which contain details such as your OU structure, usernames, email addresses and certificates.
Use the serial number of your Cisco Meeting Server when logging with TAC.

CMM doesn't have S/N
All system logs present under this path, logs > log bundle
you have to much carful before you share logs in this community.
I suggest you to remove the attachment

The bundle logs contain details like hostname of servers, certificates, usernames, ldap details, ntp, ip addresses etc..
