Hi,
Lately, some new Cisco Room Kit Mini's where installed along with a Cisco DX80. All devices are registered to a 3rd party SIP server (hosted on our internal network) and connected to Cisco 1Gbps interfaces.
However, when we initiate a videocall, the image is only remains sharp for 5 seconds. After that, the resolution for both incoming and outgoing video drops to 512x288.
I've tried analyzing the logs and it appears that "Mari" is lowering the bandwith to 256Kbps for some reason.
2021-08-06T09:53:02.623+02:00 appl[3363]: Mari I: Rtp_RateAdjustment_cb: MainVideo, port 2370, new maxTotalRate:256 kbps current RtpRate:2920 kbps (new RtpBudget:192k), current FecRate:0 kbps (new FecBudget:0k), R:0, portRate: 2920 kbps, trafficCtrl: 3000 kbps
Disabling this experimental feature doesn't help either.
Does anyone have another suggestion? It appears like this has something to do with RTCP kicking in?
