Cisco Telepresence Management Suite Monitoring Java error

Hello I'm having a Java issue when trying to use the Conference portion of Cisco TelePresence Management Suite...the monitoring portion works...however the Conference section gives me a Java error..I'm using Win 7 64 bit...Java ver 7 update 76..I have reinstalled Java several times.

HELP!!!

What is the error you're getting, can you provide a screenshot or tell us what the error is?

Does clearing your Java cache help?

Java 7 Update 51 introduced new security features into Java, you could be hitting that, see:  tms-conference-monitoring-not-working-after-java-update.
