I have a customer that recently purchased a Webex room 70 dual and is interested in having an additional camera for a local presenter, can this be dome?

Yes, this can be achieved.  The Room 70 Dual G2 is one of the devices which supports the Briefing Room Mode configuration.

Just to be clear, the customer would need a SX80 and the P60? or can I connect the P60 to the Webex Room codec.

No, you do no need an SX80.  Just the DualG2 and the P60 camera.

Connect them as per the wiring diagram as in the link I posted earlier:
