Codec TX9000 doubts

Hi Dears,

I still have some codecs for this model in operation and I know they are EoL/ EoS, but I have some problems and I would like to try to solve it with someone who has more private information about it, for example:

- How can I update the codecs individually, example (TS3) what is the access method?

- Can I access a TS through the TS1 management? Example, when I connect to a TX via SsH it brings the local IPs of each, example:

Command Line Interface is starting up, please wait ...
verifying connection to left (admin@192.168.2.2)... success
verifying connection to right (admin@192.168.3.2)... success
Verifying connection to presentation (admin@192.168.4.2)... success

Can I access them or just local and how?

- Local configuration console on TS1 (center) through (network uplink) port, which method I connect to, IP, Mask etc.

As the TX9000 is very old, you won't find any information on the Cisco web site any more.

There is a copy of the TX9000 manual on the manualslib web site.   See Cisco TelePresence System TX9000 Assembly, Use & Care, And Field-Replaceable Unit Manual.  There is some information about upgrading secondary codecs starting at the bottom of page 408.
