Content server problem

Hi!

Couple times we have had this kind of problem. When conference starts and i add manually pre-configured participant what is sip address to content server. Content server appear like one participant. everything seems to be ok and i disconnect our content server when conference ends. When i go to content server and try to watch that recording, i can't find it anywhere??? it's not there. Like it doesn't make it at all... i am not happy with this machine.. all the time comes new problems with it..

Like your deployment, call flow, version numbers, kind of call (audio/video), ....

We have Content server version 5.3, MCU 5320 version 4.4

VCS and expressway X7.2.2

This is from Content server log when i disconnect content server from conference. This was second time that recording dissappear to the bit heaven.

      

I don't know is it matter but client device is Cisco C40
