Kayode,
What version of CTS software are you running, and what version of midlets are loaded on the phone?
Can you please check the CUCM on device profile for the phone for anything entered into the "External Data Locations" fields. As of 1.7 none of these fields should be filled out.
Since the error message is "Host not found" can you also please verify whether DNS is configured on the phone?
Thanks,
Paul

Thank Paul,
The version of my CTS is 1.6.2 and the phone is SIP75.9-0-2-SR1S.
I cleared the external data field and the HOST NOT FOUND error disappeared, but i still cannot make a video call, i can only make an audio call. The funny thing is that when another site calls me they can estabilsh the video call.
I also noticed that i can only make the audio call when i lift the phone ear piece but cannot make any call if the ear piece is on the phone. Kindy help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks

Kayode,
If your codec version is 1.6.2 then you will need the external data location fields.
You will also need to configure the midlets user interface if you haven't done so already. The midlets configuration guide can be found here:
You will need the midlets files here:
Download these files:
TSPM.1-6-1-0S.jad
TSPM.1-6-1-0S.jar
For the external data locations you will need to configure the following:
Authentication Server: http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080/authenticate.html
Replace the x's with the IP address of the primary codec.
Thanks,
Paul

Hello Paul,
I will just that now and get back to you. Then under the external data location don"t i need to configure for services and idle.
Thanks.

Kayode,
Correct. The services and idle configurations are for the now obsolete XSI interface. You should also set the idle timer to 0.
Thanks,
Paul
