Can I run a Telepresence EX60 in a standalone capacity and make VTC calls to a Polycom?

Yes you can by setting H323 call setup as direct mode, though not a proper solution. Refer to below link:

Yes, you can do this. Have a search through the TelePresence section of the forums (where these devices are more actively discussed than in the Video Over IP section you've posted in) for "Standalone" - the settings you will need are the same for the SX/EX/MX/C series devices (as they run the same TC series software). There are many discussions with pointers on how to configure this.

Wayne,
Thanks. I was able to set the EX60 up with a static voice vlan IP and a static data vlan IP on the computer connected to the EX60. Was able to make calls around the world for one day. We had a power outage in the facility and now the Touch Screen Controller flashes between No Lan and the static Voice Vlan IP. The switchport the EX60 is connected to stays UP UP status. I've tried restarting the EX60 with no success. Any ideas on what the issue might be. I'm thinking about doing a factory reset and rconfiguring to see if that clears the issue.
