TMSPE & TMS Issue

Guys,

Details as below.

TMSPE 1.0

TMS 13.2

VCS C 7.1

There are the issue I have encountered. Do hope you guys can give me some opinions.

1. Phonebook status - FAILED.

2. Cannot delete User or Group. (Warning. Server Error)

3. Cannot attach Configuration Templates to Group (Warning. Server Error)

Recheck your setup following the deployment guide.

Check that you use the right protocol and port (like http=80, https=443) and if you want to use https that

this is also active on the TMS and no firewall is blocking the communication in between VCS and TMS.

If this did not help provide more info about your deployment and/or escalate the case to Cisco TAC.

It is solved by uninstalling the Server Role (Web Server) and reinstall back without WebDAV.

Kudos to Cisco TAC.
