WebEx Control Hub - Onboarding - List of "convertable user"

Hi Team!

 

I wonder, if there is a way to delete entries in the list of "convertable useres" ( Control Hub / Overview / Onboarding / Check for potential new users ).

Background:
While converting two potential new users, an error occured and now I neither can convert the user nor delete them.

So is there someone who can advise me, how to get rid of the entries?

Hi there

Just curious what’s the error you receive when you convert users.

Those potential users are actually free consumer account holders, that means not associated with your paid enterprise account. So If you want to delete them, you have to open a case with Cisco. Cisco will send a confirmation email to that user for approval to delete. Once received they will delete it.

But remember, if you delete the account, no archiving is possible and user will loose all the existing spaces and chats.
