Missing Documentation for OpenTelemetry Integration with Elasticsearch

I’ve been exploring the integration between OpenTelemetry and Elasticsearch, and while I can see the relevant configuration options available in the ThousandEyes UI, I’ve noticed that there is a significant gap in the documentation regarding the complete process of integrating OpenTelemetry with Elasticsearch.

For example, resources like the ThousandEyes blog on Data Observability and similar blog posts touch on the OpenTelemetry-other integration. These blogs typically focus on setting up OpenTelemetry for metrics collection, but they do not provide detailed instructions for integrating it with Elasticsearch

@Prabhu2397 - thanks for taking time to point out a gap! I've been working with the product manager for this and can say updates to our documentation are on the roadmap. These will include Elasticsearch as well as multiple other observability platforms.
