Which features do you use and how long did the implementation take?
- We use a selection of enterprise and cloud agents and are looking forward to deploying the Meraki agents shortly. We also utilise HTTP tests for a number of our web sites. The implementation of enterprise agents in our cloud environment was extremely fast and simple.
What business problems did you solve using ThousandEyes? Do you have an interesting use case to share?
- By monitoring from various locations in our network and critically before an after a firewall the thousandeyes results were vital in allowing us to narrow down the focus of the troubleshooting to the firewall itself rather than any other area of the network, enabling a faster time to innocence.
What do you like most about the ThousandEyes platform?
- It's ability to quickly display where in the network issues may be found, allowing our troubleshooting teams to focus their efforts quickly and efficiently.
Do you have exciting plans with the ThousandEyes platform?
- Extremely excited to see where the integration with Cisco Meraki can take us, we have limited ability to deploy agents at our sites as there are no on-site devices that are capable of being an agent, so this will give us a much better level of visibility in to the performance of our large number of sites that we have that we currently don't have.
