Thousand Eyes Agent to Agent test

Hello,

I am trying to run Enterprise Agent to Cloud Agent test for our ISP.

The test is running on tcp port 49153.  I have allowed the Cloud agent IPs on our edge firewall and I see traffic accepted from enterprise agent to cloud agent on tcp port 49153.

When I am trying to view the data under path visualization, I am seeing the uplink nexus 7k blocking all traffic.

Do I need to allow certain traffic on Nexus7k for this test to work ?

Output from Pathviz source enterprise agent

Source: Connection to target agent failed Target: Connection to source agent failed
Path MTU discovery failed

Output from Pathviz for uplink Nexus7k
Forwarding Loss

I suspect that this could be caused by NAT traversal not working. See the following doc for details on NAT traversal with agent to agent tests: https://docs.thousandeyes.com/product-documentation/global-vantage-points/enterprise-agents/configuring/nat-traversal-for-agent-to-agent-tests

I would also recommend reading through this: https://docs.thousandeyes.com/product-documentation/global-vantage-points/enterprise-agents/configuring/firewall-configuration-for-enterprise-agents
