Quick question we hav an SDA deployment and have purchased Thousand Eyes Liceneses,  what and where is the Dashboard? do I download an OVA for a new Server that has the Dashboard built in ??

Cisco thousand eye dashboard on cloud - you need CCO ID to login which is tagged to your company account.

then dashboard guide you how to install agents and keys.

I have tested with Cat 9300 agent below document covers :

ThousandEyes is SAAS solution , you don't need to install anything on a server to provision Dashboard .
