We are using Thousandeyes Internet and Wan monitoring and we have implemented it some 3 years back.
This helps us in identifying the connectivity issue with ISP networks and gives the response time over multiple location of our WAN links to look proactively any potential issue that may arise because of the high Response time of the WAN link.
The Thousand Eyes platform is easy to administer and provides wide varieties of dashboards and scoreboard views of the Internet and WAN infrastructures.
The management is now thinking to expand it to more Thousandeyes features including DNS and SDWAN monitoring.
