| 主な問題 |
Unified CM Admin CLI から、utils system upgrade initiate コマンドを実行したところ、1度目に「The remote server could not be located.」というメッセージが表示されて終了しました。再度コマンドを実行すると、「Checking for valid upgrades. Please wait...」という表示すらされず、Source の選択肢が表示され、それ以降の状況に変化がありません。

GUI の OS Administration から COP ファイルのインストールを試みましたが、「Failed to save configuration」のメッセージが表示されてSFTPサーバにアクセスできない状態です。

Cisco Unified Communications Manager の不具合である CSCvx27356 に該当する可能性があると考えられます。

| 解決策 |
リモートアカウントで対応する必要があるため、リモートアカウントを発行し、TAC に SR をオープンしてください。
