SM-SCE 間の connection が定期的に down/up を繰り返す

主な問題

SM-SCE 間の connectoin が6000秒間隔で down/up を繰り返すことがあります。

SM 上の umlog には以下のようなログが出力されます。

原因

SM は RDR-formatter connection 上で RDR を受信しない状態が6000秒続くと、その connection を timouout させる仕様となっており、これは期待された動作です。

connection が timeout すると SCE 側から再度接続する動作になります。

なお、SCE から1パケットでも RDR が送信されれば timeout はリセットされます。
