あるいは
# tac-pac bootflash:
を実施した際に無効化されている feature bash-shell が有効化されます。
具体的には
switch# show run | include feature
で何も表示されない状態のものが、
# show tech-support details > bootflash:/tech-support
あるいは
# tac-pac bootflash:
実施後には
switch# show run | include feature
feature bash-shell
となります。
*注：bootflash: への出力や bootflash: 含む出力先の指定自体は、事象の発生有無とは関係ありません。

手動で ''feature bash-shell" を無効にしてください。
例：
switch(config)# show run | include feature

switch(config)# show run | include feature
switch(config)# <<<< 'feature bash-shell' has been disabled
