| 主な問題 |
vManage から vAnalytics に統計データが転送されない。
この時 vManage の vshell より
curl -v https://us-west.dcs.viptela.net
を実行すると以下のようなエラーとなる。
vmanage-0:~$ curl -v https://us-west.dcs.viptela.net
* Trying xx.xx.xx.xx:443...

* error reading ca cert file /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt (Error in the time fields of certificate.)

curl: (77) Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)

この問題は CSCwe53624 として報告されています。

| 解決策 |
暫定対策：
vshell から root へアクセスし、証明書の内容を変更する必要があります。 root へのアクセスには TAC より発行する token が必要となりますので、SR をオープンしてください。
恒久対策：
CSCwe53624 の問題が改修されたソフトウェアを使用してください。
