Does TRex (stateless) support playback of nanoseconds pcap files ?

It should. Could you send the pcap in case it does not.

In any case you could convert them using wireshark

When processing the nanosend pcap file, a 'magic_number' error is thrown.

In a nutshell, We are evaluating the use of Trex as a playback for PCAP files.

the PCAP files are typically in nanoseconds resolution and contain 100s of different flows.

- Is stateless Trex the appropriate mode for PCAP playback ?

- Is it possible to playback the PCAP files as is with no modification of endpoints or rate ?

You should use Stateless mode with push_pcap API
