Hi,
How can i open a console on scvmm virtual machines ?
The RDP scheme try to connect directly to IP which is not accessible (for some VM, ip is behind a firewall).
Is there any way to add a translated address like azure's portal ?
Thks

Hi Benjamin, The Launch VM Client is tied to IP Address of the VM and it is dynamically fetched during the launch. If the IP is different since it is behind the firewall, then it will not work because of the way it was implemented.
User need to use different VM console client to launch it by manually entering the public IP and the port.
Thanks,
Phani

Hi Phani,
Thks for your quick reply.
I found freerdp client (opensource) to be able to directly connect at the vm console via hyperv. It has also been used for openstack env in order to manage the HyperV compute.
Is there any possibility to develop a button (a dev) in the GUI (like Launch VM client) in order to launch the vm console ?
Thanks
