  • Tenant SVM (vServer)
  • Storage Name
  • Size Units
  • Storage Cluster Node placement
  • Storage Cluster Aggregate placement

Prerequisites:

  • This workflow is co-dependent with workflow “FlexPod Tenant
      Onboarding with Secure Datastore”
  • All required component/devices must be added to UCS Director
  • The vSphere cluster to be used must have a DV switch available
  • Create a VLAN pool policy for tenant VLANs
  • CUSTOM TASK:  Get Service
      Container Data
  • CUSTOM TASK:  Tenant IP schema

Limitations:

  • To simplify required inputs, this example workflow uses an
auto-generated IP schema which limits the number of tenants to 255 and
Service Containers to 255 per tenant.
To extend beyond this limit, the workflow should be modified to
integrate with an IP management system.
