Just today while trying to add a new vmail box for a users, we are seeing the message
"A license violation has occurred. To review licenses, go to the System Settings > Licenses page in Cisco Unity Connection Administration."
It hadn't shown us any licensing message about overage to this point. We realized that there were several mailboxes for users that are no longer here. We went ahead and deleted a bunch of them but we are still getting the above message. Do we need to restart a service or run something to get things back to normal?
Thanks

Go to your PLM and review the license usage to find out why you're out of compliance.

Thank you! I had never logged into the PLM before, so I was able to figure out how to get into it. Turns out it was a feature license that our vendor said they had installed additional licenses for, but it looks like they didnt.

OK, then you want to address that ASAP, if you don't see a countdown from 60 days, you might already have a non functioning system
