AD/LDAP integration with CUCM inquiry

Hi All,

We have 3 cluster of CUCM and per cluster are located in different countries. Per cluster also have dedicated AD directory for LDAP integration/configuraiton in CUCM. However, if there is a new user in cluster 1 and they also add the user to the AD of cluster 2 and 3 so that new user will appear on their corporate directory. Same goes by when there is a new employee or user on the other cluster, we need to add the users on 3 AD since there are 3 CUCM Cluster. With this, is there a way that 3 cluster of CUCM will just have a one corporate directory? Would it be a best practice or best way to do is that 3 CUCM Cluster will just use one AD? May we know what is the best option or action plan for this scenario?

Assuming you want to use the built-in corporate directory, you would need to look at LDS/ADAM to integrate them all to a single source.

The other alternative is to build a custom directory and either look at a single LDAP server, or use all three for the queries.
