When exporting phones - be it 7940 or 7960 or any phones using BAT we get EXPORT FAILED. When viewing the log file it says:
Error 40002
37000
ODBC SQL SERVER DRIVER
SQl Server
The cursor was not declared.
What does this error message mean?
The above problem happens when tried on Publisher or on Subscriber
