Bulk Admin Tool Help

I am using the bulk admin tool and need help figuring out how to import the phone details and having it populate the "User's Associated with Line" line at the bottom of the line configuration page. When I pull all phone details for the device it doesn't have a column for that field and as of now I am manually associating the phones one by one in this field which sort of nullifies using the bulk admin tool to begin with.

Hi SammyD007,

 The "User's Associated with Line" is not in the Bulk Administration --> Phones --> Insert Phones. You need to use the Bulk Administration --> Users --> Line Appearance option to add it. Also, you will need to import your phones first before you run this one.

1. User ID: (mandatory)

2. Device: (mandatory)

3. Directory Number: (mandatory)

Empty field means the default partition for this Primary Extension
