Is that any type of addon software that a user can see the status of a phone of another user other than the Call Attendant. I am wanting to give multiple people access to see a list of users and there current phone status (On a Call, Free, Fowarded to Voice Mail, Fowarded). The directory does okay but does not update immediatly.
