I have a customer whose experiencing a problem with calls being dropped after an extended hold time. Customer will place calls and be put on hold, for 30min-1hr at times, then once the call is answered on the far end, the call will drop on my customer's side. Necessitating my customer to call back and begin the process all over again.
Using an UC540W-FXO-K9 [Version 15.1(4)M6, Release Software (fc2)], ROM: System Bootstrap, Version 12.4(24r)SB, Release Software (fc1). I'm directly connected to a SPA508G, Software Version 7.5.5, Hardware Version 1.0.3

You should start by mentioning what call control, and version you use, and not just the problem.
