Call forward history - Self Care portal

Hi, 

haven't found any info about it: 

When you set a new call forward on Self Care Portal - the chosen number will be saved, even if it is not enabled, in case you wanna use it again, just click on it.

 

Questions:

1. Where is it stored? 

2. For how long is it kept?

3. In which circumstances it can be removed? eg. service restart etc
