Call Forward Report

Hi,

I am trying to pull out a report, where I would be able to see all the users which have forwarded their IP phone to another number.

Does anyone have any idea how this could be possible. ?

Maybe i have to pull out more than one, and then merge them together somehow.

would really appriciate any input..
