I'm trying to set up a user input setting to allow a caller to press 1 and be transfered to our call center queue. I created a call handler that transfers to the queue extension, but the call is disconnected afte about 10 seconds. Does anybody know what I'm missing here? Thanks.

If you set up callhandler to "Release to Switch" or blind-transfer, Unity is out of the picture almost immediately.

I thought of that, but I get the same disconnect whether its release to switch or supervised transfer. Possibly an IPCC issue?
