when a person calls a Switchboard Number: 02088770357 they get an option and when it say "If you know the extension please enter it now" if you enter the extension of the person you are trying to contact it goes straight to voicemail instead of ringing first and if no one picks up the phone then it should go to voicemail. I tried it with extension 541 which is the extension for John.
