Hello,
My name is Jerry Harris and the question is is their another way or toll to do a backup of the call manager database. We are using V10.5 and the workstation that we are trying to backup to is STIGed.

The only official way is to use DRS for backups, other alternatives like VMWare options, are only supported as a way to recover quickly from failures.

Hello Jaime,
Thanks for the response to my question. My issue is that the workstation that I am trying to backup to a firewall is blocking the backup because the workstation is STIGed. When I try to change the device I want to backup in DRS I can not change it for some reason. I will try to schedule a backup an see if that works and I will get back to you.
