Call waiting on the VG224

Hi,  I am installing vg224 for analog phone support.  I want to use codes 106 and 107 for call waiting and cancel but I am not sure what all it entails?  I know we have to do something on the CUCM and the vg224 but I can't find any documentation on how to do this.
