Hi there,
I am trying to integrate CM5 and Unity Express. I am finding very difficult to locate documentation on this. Dose anyone know where any relevant documentation can be found?

Hi John,
Only some versions of CUE are supported with CallManager 5.0: http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_callmg/ccmcomp.htm

We manage to get it work eventually using the documentation we found for CallManager 4. What held as back was the CTI ports where not registering. They only registered after we configured AutoAttentent on the CUE even though we weren?t using it.
