Calls from internal to Jabber MRA fail

Hello, 

I need help to understand what´s happen with my deployment.

Scenario is:

Internal Phone -> CUCM 9.1.2  ->  Exp-C 8.7.1   ->  Exp-E 8.7.1  -> Jabber MRA

Jabber MRA authenticate with no problems.

When a call is made from a SCCP or SIP phone to MRA I can see all INVITES without SDP, with changes in VIA and Record-Route, all 180 Trying coming back from Jabber and 200OK with SDP.

At this point, after 200OK arrive from Exp-C to CUCM, CUCM doesn´t reply. I can see Exp-C send retry 200OK (10 times).

Internal Phone still ringing. After internal phone go on-hook, I can see CUCM send a ACK reply to 200OK and Exp-C send a BYE with a SIP text "Missing content in ACK".

If this call is made in inverted order (from Jabber MRA to internal Phone) call is OK.

Any help to understand why CUCM doesn´t reply 200OK.

UPDATE

I found an Unexpected response between SIP messages in a Call with Failure.
