Hi All

I am facing an issue where the calls are not working. I am unable to understand the reason of the call failures.

PFA the logs of the call for your reference if it can help.

Hi Rohit.

We need more info to be able to help you.

Are you running CUCME or CUCM?

What version?

In case of CUCM which signaling protocol are you using between CUCM and VG?

As PSTN are you using an ISDN or a SIP trunk?

Let us know

Hi Carlo, Thanks for your reply !!!

We have three clusters and each cluster is connected via SIP Trunk. The call flow is like this

Cluster A -----> SIP Trunk ------>Cluster B ------> SIP Trunk -------> Cluster C

and the call is flowing between Cluster A and Cluster C via Cluster B.

Also we have direct connectivity established between two sites but no dialpeer configured to route the calls directly. so the calls shoud route according to the above call flow.

Thanks.

Hi Rohit

What kind of calls are not working?

Inbound, Outbound , Inter-Site?

Please be more specific on describing your issue.

A debug ccsip messages including calling and called number would help.

Thanks

HI Carlo, the problem is with the audio sometimes as neither party is able to hear the calls and sometimes the call doesnt established from either site. what i figured out from the logs attached above it could be a case of codec mismatch.

Anyways I will try to get the ccsip debug messages and will update you accordingly.
