can't access CUADMIN

We are using Unity connections 1.2 Sr2

when I try to access the sys admin page, I get a apache tomcat error

"The requested resource (/cuadmin/) is not available."

I have restarted services and rebooted server, but still get the problem, does anyone have any ideas?

It is an http 404 error:The requested resource cuadmin is not available. Reinstall directly on console. Than after it will work fine.

Many thanks for your reply, Apologies if I am asking a silly question. You wrote "Reinstall directly on console". what do you mean? reinstall what, the unity connections?
