We have CallManager 4.1.3 integrated with Windows Active Directory. We have 2 AD servers. The problems is that when the primary AD server goes down, the CallManager Directory Connection fails. How do I configure the CallManager to see the secondary AD server so it can use it as a backup?

When installing the AD plugin, you should have the option to ether more than one AD server.
You may re-run the plugin to configure it.

Thank you for responding Michael. Before I re-run the plugin, where can I check to see if the CallManager is already configured to see more than 1 AD server?

You may try c:\dcdsrvr\DirectoryConfiguration.ini

That did it. Thank you Michael. I'm going to have to re-install the plug-in. I'm only configured for a single AD controller.
