Hi,
I have a Unity 5 Failover Solution, when i try to add a user via the Web Browser i get a blank dialog box come up but it says done in the bottom corner, if i then search for this user in Unity it doesnt exist. If i try and add a user via the Bulk Import Tool it works perfectly - any Suggestions ?

Try restarting the IIS Services on the Unity server. Sounds like a Tomcat service is stuck or something.

I had already tried that but it didnt work, the Web browser works for finds etc but i just cant add users from it

Id probably restart the server. The web portion on Unity is making scripting calls from IIS and tomcat into your SQL database to "activate" AD synced users. The Bulk Import uses a different method to activate the subscribers in Unity.
Any errors in the Windows Event Log?
