CAR Access Failure

I am attempting to enable purging of old CDR/CAR records on my client's CallManager. However, I am unable to access the CAR tool to do so.

When I open the page, I am told that the credentials I have supplied are not valid. However, it says this before I supply any credentials. I have tried accessing the CAR tool from various workstations, as well as the Pub and Sub, but get the same thing every time. Any ideas? The overloaded databases are causing problems when BARS runs, so I'd like to get this taken care of.

Here is the art.ini config:

[artdatabase]

driver=sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbcDriver

url=jdbc:odbc:art

database=art

owner=dbo

[install]

root=C:\CiscoWebs\art

[ldap]

RETRYDELAY=5000

ldapURL=ldap://x.x.x.x:8404

dn=cn=Directory Manager, o=cisco.com

passwd=[verified this is good]

ciscoBase=o=cisco.com

dirType=Default

dirAccess=true

useSSL=true

ldapsURL=ldap://x.x.x.x:8405

I added the LDAP section after reading a few posts in the forum. It is copied verbatim from DirectoryConfig.ini. I have verified that ports 8404 and 8405 are accessible (and the default, 389, is not). I have confirmed the Directory Manager account's password is valid by logging into DC Directory Administrator.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

I would reinstall CAR|CDR and use admin admin to reestablish account info. No data will be lost, since next load we will copy it from CDR.
