I have an installed CUCM and Unity Connection 8.6 system. I need to change the admin userids both at the OS and application levels. I've managed to change the application user on CUCM with the utils reset_application_ui_administrator_name command. Said command doesn't appear to work on Unity.
On Unity I tried to create a new admin user which was successful. Deleted the unwanted one gets me a message that this user can't be deleted.
You can't delete the users that are created during install.
