I had to change th IP address on my publisher (5.1.1) and now this subscriber does not see the publisher. How can I resolve this issue?

Does restarting DB related services on both boxes make any difference ? You can go and look at the OS Administration web page of subscriber where there is a menu where you can see the ip address of Publisher on the Subscriber. If this has not changed even after restarting DB related services on both Callmanagers, i would recommend trying a reboot of both boxes.

We restarted the DB services on both boxes. We also reinstalled the CM software on the subscriber and rebooted both boxes. The subscriber and publisher still are synching up. We ping and access both boxes via http. Any other suggestions?
