CIPC not registering to Sandboxed CUCM 12.5

I am connected to Devnet Sandbox using Cisco AnyConnect Client . CIPC version is 8.6.2- CIPC error says UnProvisioned. However , the CIPC is properly configured with DN : 5000. Would someone please help me out. I am in IST time zone.

The cluster is in None Secure mode.

I got this resolved. Seems, issue was with my config file.
