Cisco Agent Desktop- ver 6.6.1.54

We are running UCCX ver 7.0.1 SR5 & agent ver 6.6.1.54

Agent is able to login the system however agent is receiving call in either Ready & not ready state .

any idea you may provide , it will be greatly appriciated
