We upgraded from Cisco CallManager 3.x which we had integrated with Salesforce using the Cisco TSP and the Cisco SalesForce Adpater. After upgrading to Cisco CallManager 7.1.5 the TSP does not seem to pull up the lines to choose in the Salesforce.com adapter "configure" screen.
I then tried upgrading the TSP to Cisco Unity-CM TSP 7.0.4b and after configuring the test runs successfully but I still don't see any lines in the Salesforce.com adapter "configure" screen.
Any help would be appreciated.
